We offer a 30-days guarantee on all Kites and Boards purchased on our website.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will refund your purchase provided that you return the item you purchased to us in its new condition.  We stand behind all of our products.

We reserve the right to convert this refund guarantee into an equipment exchange or merchandise credit if we feel that the customer is abusing of this policy or if the equipment returned shows excessive wear and tear.

This policy is only available for new equipment purchase  Used, refurbished and demo products are specifically excluded from this warranty.

We offer a 30-days Repair Service on all of our Kites purchased from our web site or on the North American territories subject to a registration of the purchase within 15 days from the purchase date.  This service is covering normal wear and tear and we reserve the right to refuse this service if we feel that the customer it abusing of this policy.

Customer is responsible for the shipping & handling cost - both in and outbound to either our office in Miami or our  service contractor's offices.

​Our gear is designed to sustain the abuse expected in our sport.

We provide a 1-Year warranty against defects and workmanship subject to a registration of the purchase within 15 days from the purchase date.  Each of our products are covered by this warranty.  If you feel your product is defective and/or subject to a warranty case, please contact us or fill out our warranty request form.

This Warranty does not cover damage due to normal wear and tear, discoloration abuse and negligence or over inflation.  Further this warranty is void when the equipment has been used for commercial rental or teaching.

​WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS and WORKMANSHIP

​If you have any questions about the above programs  or whether or not your equipment damage fit under one of our program, contact your local dealer or send us an email at Warranty@KiteSurf.com so we can determine if your product is covered.

Do not send us any equipment without a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and a confirmation of the return address.  An RA# may be obtained by email at the address specified above and the return address will be provided to you at the same time .  The address may vary based upon our location and the nature of the issue.

​

All return products shall be received within 15 days from the issuance of the RA#.  We are not responsible for any lost package and we strongly advise you to ship your equipment with a tracking method and insurance.  Equipment sent to us shall be dry and clean and dry.  We will not accept any freight collect shipments.

​

A copy of the original invoice and note of explanation describing the issue and indicating both your equipment serial # and RA# must be included.  Unauthorized modifications or repairs may void your warranty unless executed by AirTime.

​

KiteSurf reserves its right to repair or replace any equipment receive qualifying under any of our programs.
