From the beginning of the sport, back in the late 1990s, KiteSurf focused on bringing to the Market kites that were designed to excel in all conditions. We developed our 2014 kite line with a very similar objective, designing the best and most versatile line of kites.
To avoid the usual confusion over diverse models, our kites were designed to excel in most condition and thus we do not need 5 or six different kites models to cover the scope of riding level and style you may have. We have two models of kites which are differentiated by their aspect ratio but more specifically the riding conditions they can be used in. For most riding conditions and pretty much regardless of your level, the MP is the kite to go with. For challenging light wind conditions your option should be focused on the SB.
Our kites are for everyone regardless of their level or riding and although they are two distinct kite lines, the MP and the SB are in fact complementary.

The MP is by definition a freeride kite. It is our Multi-Purpose kite but in no way an average one.

The MP is the result of more than 15 years of developing and testing kites. Not only this is the perfect kite for all beginners, intermediates and advanced riders, but this is also the daily kite of all of our riders in most conditions (See the SB Kites.)

We could talk about the technology in the construction of this kite but we chose not to as it would be similar as the other brands. We prefer the simple explanation:

The MP is light, responsive, powerful, forgiving and great looking. Try the MP and as most whom did, it will become the benchmark by which you would compare all other kites.
The SB Kites
The SB is our Go High Go Light kite.

The SB is a high aspect ratio kite designed to excel in light wind starting at the top of the MP range.
​
Because of its more aggressive design, advanced riders will be able to not only ride in light wind but also maximize their flying time in the overlap range due to the increased lift of that design.
​
This kite is more suited to intermediate to advanced rider as it is more technical than the MP.
​
However, the SB is not available to release yet.

Our kites are all sold with a bag and a pump. Bars, Security Harnesses and Lines are sold separately.
